Who this is for

Jonathan coaching a client through a mobility drill
01

You don't have room for another system

Between constant travel and the people who depend on you, you need someone who builds around your life, not another thing to manage.

02

You want something built entirely around you

I work with only a few people at once. It allows me to give you my full attention.

03

You think long term

Posture and alignment first, then strength. Not a six-week transformation, but a body that performs and holds for decades.

The Approach

My training approach consists of three phases, each built on the last. We make the body sound, then strong, then self-sufficient, so what you build holds long after we're done.

Jonathan coaching a client on a lat pulldown
1.

The Foundation

First we make the body sound: posture, alignment, the way you move. Years at a desk leave their mark: tight hips, rounded shoulders, old compensations. We fix those first, because bad posture wrecks longevity. Then we start stripping fat while building strength, by incorporating eating habits that fit your life and travel with you.

2.

The Build

Now we build real strength and real muscle. You'll likely eat more than you expect and keep getting leaner. Posture holds, confidence shifts, energy climbs. The work is adjusted constantly to how your body is actually responding.

3.

Yours to Keep

By now you understand your own body: how to read it, adjust it, and keep it through travel, stress, and a demanding schedule. Whether you continue with me or carry it forward on your own, you're never dependent on a plan you can't run yourself.

What goes into your plan

Six elements shape your plan, considered as one and refined continually as your body and your life change.

01

Detailed movement & nutrition assessment

+

Before any training, I map how you actually move and eat day to day. Posture, alignment, old injuries, the patterns you've built over years. These are the details that decide how well you age and how you look. What we find here shapes everything that follows.

02

Nutrition that fits real life

+

Built on what longevity research is clear about: enough protein to protect muscle as you age, steady energy, and a leaner, stronger body that stays that way. Refined as you change.

03

Training built for you

+

Your program is built around how your body is put together. Strength and muscle that change how you look today, and protect your joints to keep you moving well for decades.

04

Recovery, sleep & stress

+

Certified by Precision Nutrition in sleep and stress management, I treat recovery with the same precision as training. Sleep, stress, and how well you adapt are what decide how you age, and what holds everything else together.

05

Built around your schedule

+

Travel, late meetings, dinners out, time zones. Your plan holds through all of it, so staying in shape never competes with the life you're actually living. Anything that only works in a perfect week won't last.

06

Adjusted as you go

+

We check in and adjust constantly. As your body responds, the plan evolves, so you never stall waiting for something to change. That's what makes it last.

Functional & collaborative

A team, not just a trainer.

I build around your life and your whole care team.

Jonathan running alongside a client on a garden path
01

Your health team, aligned

I'll coordinate with your doctor, physical therapist, nutritionist, or chef, because real results come when everyone is working the same mission: keeping you pain-free, preventing disease, and helping you live longer.

02

Built around your reality

Dealing with an injury or taking medication? I'll work directly with your care provider and adjust your training around it, so you keep progressing safely, whatever your body is dealing with.

Why this works

Every tool works for the right person, at the right time.

Counting calories, tracking macros, fasting, keto, carb cycling. I've used every approach there is. Each is a tool. The mistake isn't the method you choose; it's believing any single method is the answer for everyone.

Your body isn't the next person's, and neither is your schedule. So I choose the right tool, for you, at the right time. Here's where each one earns its place, and where it fails the moment you try to live on it.

Calorie & macro tracking+

What it is. Logging everything you eat to hit daily protein, carb, and fat numbers.

Where it falls apart. It turns every meal into a spreadsheet. It works until you're busy, traveling, or just done. Then you stop logging and you've learned nothing you can keep. Useful to teach portions for a few weeks. A miserable way to live forever.

Intermittent fasting+

What it is. Squeezing all your meals into a shorter window each day.

Where it falls apart. For most busy people it just means skipping protein and under-eating, then crashing and overeating at night. It suits a few schedules, but as a rule for everyone, it quietly costs you muscle and energy.

Keto & low-carb+

What it is. Cutting carbs hard so your body runs on fat instead.

Where it falls apart. You drop water weight fast, so it feels like magic, until your training tanks, your energy dips, and the moment carbs come back, so does the weight. A tool for specific cases.

Carb cycling+

What it is. Alternating higher- and lower-carb days around your training.

Where it falls apart. Done right, with eyes on how your body responds, it's useful. Done off a generic template with no feedback, it's just guessing with extra steps.

Meal plans+

What it is. A fixed plan handed to everyone the same way.

Where it falls apart. Your body changes week to week; a frozen plan doesn't. You get an early result that stalls fast and never moves again. Even a well-designed plan becomes obsolete within weeks.

I use all of them. The skill is knowing which one you need now, and setting it aside the moment your body asks for something else. That's what makes the changes last.

How you move matters just as much. I care about your posture and your joints, because looking good means little if your body breaks down in five years.

Jonathan, founder and coach

About

I'm Jonathan.

I work privately with a small number of people in New York. Founders, executives, the people running companies and managing teams. I've done it for over a decade.

What I've learned is simple: the more you've built, the less you want another system to manage. You want someone who understands your body, tells you the truth, and handles the details so you don't have to.

I care a great deal about the people I work with. This isn't a roster to me, it's a handful of people I'm genuinely invested in. So that's what I do: I assess how you move, address what's holding you back, and help you build the kind of strength that changes how you look now and protects you for decades. It's built so it keeps working even if we stopped training together.

The science is clear: after thirty, we lose muscle every year without deliberate training. Your strength goes with it. So does your metabolism, and the resilience that keeps you in the game. My approach is built to reverse that, protecting and rebuilding the muscle that keeps you capable for life. That's what it really comes down to for me: I want to add quality years to your life.

You expect the highest standard from everyone you hire, and coaching should be no exception. This is a high-end service built for people who don't settle, and my goal is simple: to never disappoint you.

I value your time as much as you do. I'm punctual, I don't cancel, and when your schedule shifts, I adapt around it.

And the promise behind all of it: I only take on people I'm confident I can help. Commit to the work we plan together and the results will follow.

Questions

Things people ask before starting.

Do you work in person or remotely?+

Both. If you're in New York, we can train 1:1 in person. If you're anywhere else, or you travel constantly, remote coaching gives you the same program and accountability through your phone. And on request, for a select few, I travel with you, so your training never pauses for the way you live.

How much time does this take each week?+

It depends on your schedule, and we build around it. The clients who see the best results train with me two to four days a week, one hour per session.

How do you handle nutrition?+

I teach simple, portion-based eating you can do anywhere: a restaurant, a hotel, your own kitchen. For clients with a private chef, I work directly with them to tailor your meals to your goals. And if you'd like, I'll arrange a chef from my network to cook for you in your own home, with the menu built around your plan.

What if I travel a lot?+

Your plan is built for it. Training and nutrition flex around travel, long days, and time zones, so you keep making progress even on a far-from-perfect week. I can assign you workouts on the go when we don't meet in person, and you'll have access to my app where I track your program and progress along the way.

I have an injury or a medical condition. Can you still help?+

Often, yes. I'll coordinate directly with your doctor or physical therapist so we're all aligned. Your training gets built around what's safe for you.

Do you coach women?+

Yes. Every program is built around your body and physiology. I'm certified by Girls Gone Strong and experienced training women through pregnancy, the pre- and post-menopause transition, and PCOS.

Do you coach couples or small groups?+

I do. Alongside 1:1 coaching, I take on couples and small private groups in New York when it's the right fit. The attention stays high; the setting is just more personal.

Where do we train?+

I can train you at your private club, office, or home. I also have access to multiple private studios across New York. Wherever you're most comfortable, we set the location that suits you on your intro call.

How do you train older clients?+

For older clients, safety comes first. The whole program is built around longevity, the goal being to extend not just how long you live, but how well, and to start making that difference right away.

That means defending against age-related muscle loss, building a stronger heart, restoring mobility, protecting bone density, and developing the stability that keeps you on your feet and helps prevent falls.

Can you integrate longevity and recovery work?+

Yes. Where it's useful, I fold in recovery, sleep, mobility, and the longevity practices worth your time, and coordinate with your physicians so everything works together.

What's your training style?+

Focused, but never tense. The work is real and the standard is high, you'll hit your goals with a solid session every time. I pull from different training protocols and blend them into a program made entirely for you. But the hour itself is enjoyable: we chat, we laugh, the pressure stays light. It's your time to feel taken care of, a highlight of the day no matter how the rest of it is going.

Is my privacy protected?+

Completely. For clients who require it, I sign an NDA. What we do, where we work, and anything I see stays between us. Nothing is shared, named, or posted without your explicit say-so.

The guarantee+

I only want you here for the right reasons. So the agreement is simple: you commit to the work, and I commit to your results, for as long as it takes to see real change.

Refund policy+

If you ever feel this isn't the right fit, reach out and we'll make it right. Specific refund terms depend on the program and timing, and they're spelled out in your coaching agreement before you ever pay.
